He also allows Ludie to borrow his car so that Ludie is able to pick Mrs. Watts up from Bountiful. ROSELLA (p.13-18) Long-term friend of Jessie Mae. She gives Jessie a recipe, which starts an argument between Jessie Mae and Mrs. Watts. She could not have kids. RITA (p.25) Jessie Mae’s hair stylist MR. REYNOLDS (p.31) Works at the local grocery store in Houston where Mrs. Watts lives. Jessie Mae told him to not cash a check from Mrs. Watts. |
