These pages are my attempt to pursue one of my father and mother's hobbies--tracing the family roots. They used a typewriter. I use something similar to the thing you're staring at.
It's bound to be rough going at first, but I'm working on it. You may find the occasional typographical error. Of course, working with names that change spelling and with dates, it's very important to be meticulous, so please report any glaring errors that slipped past me. If you have a date or marriage that conflicts with what I report here, let me know, and we'll talk about it. Many, but not all, of the "facts" reported here are from old family bibles, census counts, wills, and some are from cemetery listings. I like to get e-mail from people who share family research interests, and I enjoy sharing information about those interests, but please read this legal notice (it's short). I am also enough of a realist to remind you that it may take me some time to return your e-mail. I hope you realize that too. It's not that I'm not interested. It's that I, like you, am "busy" a lot of the time. Yeah, OK. Lazy. |
