Acknowledgement:

All the praise belongs to Allah (S) for granting me Islam and enabling me to create a homepage that deals mostly with the religion of Islam.  As you can see, I don't deserve any praise at all.  The contents in this page have been only linked from other Web Pages to my page.  Even though their efforts are unique in their own areas, I felt a need to organize some of the vast knowledge in Islam under specific categories to enable a seeker of knowledge get a more complete idea on those categories.  However, I believe that my page is far from being perfect and needs more improvement.  Finally, realizing that I am not a scholar of any kind, I hope the readers will pardon me for any type of unwarranted mistakes.

As mentioned before, for information on this Web Pages, I have relied mostly on the Islamic sites found on the Internet, those are mentioned in my Recommended Islamic Sites page.  I highly recommend you browse those sites. Each of them is unique in its own ways.

For providing me new perspectives into this religion and better understanding, I  thank the Birmingham Islamic Society (BIS).  I also want to thank "Br. X" for his effort to revive Islam in me.   My thanks, again, goes to my friend Ayhem Sabry for introducing me to him.

All HTML documents were created using version 3.0 (98) of .  So, naturally, most of the pages are best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+.  Despite some changes in format and display, most of the pages look almost alike with Netscape Communicator 4.0+.

My customized images were created using these image editing applications: LivePix 1.1, LView Pro B, Microsoft Image Composer 1.5,  Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0, and Microsoft Picture It! 2.0.

You need Real Audio Player to listen to the sound clips embedded in my Pages.  You can get the latest version of Real Player by clicking .  The icon  appears on the pages that contain embedded sound files.  The Quranic recitations were taken from Qari Abdul Baset's Site.

The fonts used to develop this web site are: Antique, Block, CAC One Seventy, Calligrapher, Cosmic Sans MS,  Diploma, Gallery Caps, Imprint MT Shadow, Progoty (Bengali Font), Submarine, and Times New Roman.  If you are eager to see the pages with their original fonts, send me an email requesting the font(s).
